Some assets I made for the forest biome. The ferns and ivy I did using a homebrew photometric stereo/vector light setup. (Because pandemic.) The captures were then processed in Photoshop and Substance Designer and put together in SpeedTree/Maya. Everything else was made in Zbrush/SpeedTree. All are using packed maps with a gradient for color rather than a dedicated albedo.

Foliage on Halo Infinite overall was a huge, collaborative effort that involved many talented artists, engineers, producers, and designers at 343.
